Drawing on a synthesis of 25+ peer-reviewed articles, organizational psychologist and workplace strategist Kacy Fleming identifies the three pain points keeping employer-sponsored menopause support fragmented and underutilized: the benefits gap, the awareness trap, and the treatment wall. This keynote walks benefits leaders and coalition decision-makers through a three-part framework for addressing each pain point through the systems employers already have, often without requiring new budget lines.
