Nikki Massie is Board Chair of the Obesity Action Coalition and a nationally recognized obesity advocate. Drawing on her lived experience with obesity, including her journey through bariatric surgery and long-term weight management, she works to advance access to care, challenge weight bias, and elevate patient voices. In addition to her advocacy work, Nikki is an accomplished nonprofit fundraising and marketing executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience. She is a frequent speaker on obesity, patient advocacy, leadership, and the power of lived experience to drive change.
